The project.
We began with a comprehensive audit of their exisiting comms channels. Whilst email was being used, it wasn’t being used effectively.
We designed and developed custom emails that allowed for highly personalised and targeted messages that could be easily produced by the in-house marketing team. This included campaign messages, newsletters and member information. Loaded continue to support Capricorn in the development of bespoke email communications, and in the maintenance of their templates.
