The AMA (WA) is the largest independent professional organisation for medical practitioners and medical students in the State. When they needed a new website, they came to Loaded.
After more that 12-months of planning and development, the new AMA website launched at the height of the COVID-19 crisis in Western Australia. AMA (WA) used the flexible Content Management System and payment gateways to launch the ‘fuelling the frontline’ campaign, with the public urged to buy a cup of coffee for a health professional. On a single day – one week after launch – the site recorded more than 155,000 unique visitors.
This level of visitation was a great test for the site and our testing procedures. The website functionality also includes a member login section, where members can update their details and receive exclusive offers as well as payment options for AMA (WA) memberships. It provides medical information, sign-up details and is a platform for media information.
It’s a well-planned, nicely designed, and intuitively programmed website, and is a project we are very proud of and a client we continue to closely work with.
