Turning a Corporate Brief into Something Far More Meaningful

St John Ambulance came to Loaded with a clear brief: produce a video to support wellbeing training for their paramedics. What emerged was something far beyond a standard corporate production.

We were introduced to Colin, a paramedic who agreed to share his personal story of workplace trauma, the repression that followed, and his journey toward managing and overcoming it. It was a story that deserved to be told with care, craft and the full weight of a proper production. So that’s exactly what we did. Loaded took the original brief and expanded it into a fully produced, TV-quality 30-minute interview, handling script writing, storyboarding, production and editing from start to finish.

A Film That Went Well Beyond the Brief

Telling a story no one wants to hear takes skill and sensitivity in equal measure. The finished film struck both. It was inspiring, deeply informative, and delivered something the St John Ambulance team hadn’t anticipated when they first walked through the door.

The production stands as a reminder that the best creative work doesn’t just meet a brief. It reframes it. When the subject matter matters this much, the quality of the work has to match.

Loaded since has developed corporate onboarding videos and a website for the St John WA’s Wellbeing and Support team.
